We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express when placing your order. Net 30 terms are available and subject to credit approval.
Sales Taxes – We are located in Georgia therefore we only collect and pay sales tax on Georgia customers. We do not charge and collect sales tax for customers located outside Georgia.

Wall Medical Ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. We have no hidden costs in our shipping charges. Federal Express is used whenever possible. However if your order exceeds size and weight limits a “common Carrier” will be selected to speed delivery to you.
Wall Medical strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally prices change without notice due to manufacture price changes.
Call customer service to obtain return authorization 1-877-867-2579. We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return. Merchandise must be returned in its original unopened container, unmarked. Returned products must have been purchased within the previous 30 days. Returns past 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice. Shipping charges will apply on returns. Some Items are not returnable; special order items, controlled drugs, and expired products.
